It is a quick and common treatment for warts, skin tags and certain benign lesions.\n\nThe frozen tissue blisters, scabs and sheds over one to two weeks. Most growths clear in one session, though warts may need repeated treatment.

How the procedure is done
Liquid nitrogen is applied to each lesion with a spray or probe for a few seconds. Most people feel a short, intense cold or stinging sensation that settles quickly.
Recovery & aftercare
The treated spot may blister and crust over a few days, then shed within one to two weeks. Keep the area clean and avoid picking at the scab.
